You can now buy “products” to remove sulfites from wine – even though, apparently, sulfites are absolutely harmless … So, is this what you do? 1. buy wine with sulfites; 2. buy “DIY Sulfite-Removal Systems“!?? Why not just simply Buy Natural Wine With No Added Sulfites?!!
